Most of you know Medical Center Hospital (MCH) as a community hospital. And many of you know MCH as a teaching hospital. In fact, MCH is the premier regional teaching facility in the entire Permian Basin.

Nursing has always been a strength and it is our nurses, with a reputation for excellence, that have contributed so greatly to our growth. MCH nurses work in a fast-paced acute care environment, rich in teaching and professional opportunities.

MCH nursing is organized in a Shared Leadership Structure where direct care nurses participate in decision-making. Therefore, MCH nurses have a great deal of control over their professional clinical practice.
